Parties may not be the same this holiday season, but that doesn’t mean that the festivities have to be drab. Luxury sales have been rebounding thanks in part to people’s indomitable will to adapt by throwing Zoom parties and partaking in other socially distanced activities.

Citizen’s new Arezzo collection of diamond-embellished timepieces captures this indefatigable spirit with a family of versatile ladies' sport-watches. This sparkling collection – which debuted in September – is the perfect accessory for parties both virtual and in person. And its sophisticated styling ensures that you’ll still be dazzling for decades to come. Whether you’re looking for a gift for a special someone or yourself, here’s why, this year, you should celebrate the holidays with an Arezzo.

Make It Fashion

To reference a headline the bards at Newsweek ran about Target's adjustment to a new fashion industry trend: Target's 'Waist Up' Fashion Campaign Aimed at Pantless Zoomers. Classy, Newsweek, very classy.

Style is evolving to showcase a "waist-up" aesthetic. At Milan and London Fashion Weeks, clothes focused on detailed necklines and relaxed trousers. Prada, for example, moved its triangular logo closer to collars and also introduced coats that could be wrapped around the shoulders like a blanket.

As Prada's co-chief executive and co-creative director, Miuccia Prada, told the BBC in September, "Fashion is about reacting to reality. During lockdown, I realized how important technology is and how it is impactful for us, and in some ways, an extension of ourselves."

The new Arezzo collection from Citizen embraces these sentiments.

Effortless Elegance

The Arezzo collection comes in two styles. One style features a diamond bezel; the other has a diamond dial; both have an elegant 32mm case. The bezel setting contains 60 diamonds, and the diamond dial style has eight diamond indices on the dial.

But what lights up this collection is the effortless elegance of the silhouette. The three-piece case and bracelet design emphasize clean, sporty lines and angles. The size is very modern, but traditional Roman numerals elevate the look.

Other timeless touches include a dial design that has plenty of depth and dimension. You can also choose between models with white, silvered, or mother of pearl dials. Just as fashion is exploring the luxury of comfort and flexibility, Arezzo is a collection that lets you have it all – whether you are working from home, on at a Zoom event, or celebrating in a more intimate party for two.

Shine Bright

While festive events will feel different this year, the Arezzo collection lets you feel good all year round.

Citizen is dedicated to making the world and its environment a better place by harnessing the power of light from any natural or artificial light source and converts it into energy, eliminating the need for any battery replacement. So, it should not come as a surprise that the Arezzo family all feature the brand’s Eco-Drive technology.

And it lets you celebrate yourself. The collection offers many variations on its elegant theme. For example, the diamond bezel Arezzo pieces are available with bracelets in stainless steel and yellow gold-tone or a pink gold-tone case on a leather strap. The diamond dial is available in three versions: stainless steel, a two-tone rose gold/steel combo, and a yellow/steel two-tone mix.

The diamond bezel models range in price from $750-$850, and the diamond dial models range from $450-$495.

The Arezzo collection is available now from Citizen.
